We take the upmost care in choosing packing materials to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to use eco-friendly materials.
This dispatching process takes 1-3 working days for most items.
Due to the nature of the products, handmade and personalised/custom items can take up to 5 business days before they are ready to be shipped.

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours
- Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared in-store.
- As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a 'ready for collection' email.
- You will then be able to collect your order from our store during our opening hours.
- Monday to Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 12pm - 4pm
Custom Orders
Due to the nature of the products, handmade and personalised/custom items can take up to 3 days before they are ready to be collected.
