Dispatch Times
Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared for delivery and carefully packaged in the appropriate packaging for the item(s) ordered. We take the utmost care in choosing packing materials to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly materials.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day.
- Handmade and personalised items are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
- During busier periods, such as the run-up to Christmas, dispatch times may be longer. This will always be clearly communicated.
Delivery Times
- Tracked 48: usually 2-4 working days from dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- Tracked 24 (express): usually 1-2 working days from dispatch. We aim to dispatch express orders as a priority.
- Alternative couriers may occasionally be used depending on parcel size and weight.
- If you are local to us in Fife, we may deliver your order in person.
- We cannot be held responsible for courier delays, strike days or similar. We appreciate your patience if this happens and will help in any way we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Good to Know
- Free delivery applies when your basket total is £50 or more.
- Discount codes apply to the items in your basket, not to delivery charges.
- We currently deliver within the UK and to the Isle of Man. Isle of Man delivery prices are shown at checkout.
Pre-orders
- Pre-order items are clearly marked, with an estimated dispatch date on the product page.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order will be dispatched together once the pre-order stock arrives. If you need other items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
- If an estimated date changes, we will let you know by email.
Click & Collect (Free)
Order before midday and your order is usually ready the same day. Orders placed after midday are ready the next day. We close at 4pm.
- Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared in-store.
- As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a 'ready for collection' email.
- You can then collect your order from our shop during opening hours: open 7 days a week, 10am to 4pm.
- Handmade and personalised items are usually ready to collect within 1-2 working days.
