Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Home of Hopcroft. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please include the following in your package:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return

We kindly ask that you contact us before returning an item so we can assist you and discuss the best plan of action.

Return Window

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging
  • Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase
  • For in-store returns, either a physical or digital receipt is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalised or custom orders (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us with photographic evidence of the damage
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund if we cannot source the same or a suitable alternative
  • In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email with the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • A credit will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days

Please note: Original postage costs are non-refundable, unless we are at fault.

Please bring proof of purchase and contact us beforehand so we can locate your order.

Shipping a Return

If you are returning an item by post (excluding damaged or faulty goods), please:

  1. Email us first at info@homeofhopcroft.co.uk
  2. Send the item securely to the address above

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked or insured service for items valued over £50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
