Showcasing an adorable and festive North Pole-themed “Nice List” letter set.
Personalised set includes:
- A4 Letter from Santa Claus (Personalised)
- A6 Nice List Certificate (Generic)
- Folded ‘envelope’ (Personalised)
- Length of red ribbon (Design may vary between red polka dot & solid red colour)
The materials are printed on kraft-style paper with red and green diagonal border patterns, evoking a vintage, holiday postal aesthetic.
Perfect for children or anyone celebrating their spot on Santa’s “Nice List.” This charming piece exudes holiday spirit and warmth.

Personalisation:
1) Enter Name - Exactly how you want it to appear on the letter after "Dear..."
2) Enter Address - Exactly how you want it to appear on the envelope.
Please note: Your set will be sent encased within an A4 Cello Bag, with an unfolded letter, a folded envelope, the nice list certificate along with a length of ribbon for you to tie together however suits you best. This way, if you do not wish to use the envelope, the letter from Santa will remain unfolded. You may even choose to roll the letter like a scroll and tie with the enclosed ribbon, it’s up to you!

Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared for delivery and carefully packaged in the appropriate packaging for the item(s) ordered. We take the upmost care in choosing packing materials to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to use eco-friendly materials.
This dispatching process takes 1-3 working days for most items.
Due to the nature of the products, handmade and personalised/custom items can take up to 5 business days before they are ready to be shipped.
Please note: During busier periods, dispatch times may be longer. This will be clearly communicated.

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours
- Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared in-store.
- As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a 'ready for collection' email.
- You will then be able to collect your order from our store during our opening hours.
- Monday to Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 12pm - 4pm
Custom Orders
Due to the nature of the products, handmade and personalised/custom items can take up to 3 days before they are ready to be collected.
We would advise customers to check junk mail for email communications.
