Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared for delivery and carefully packaged in the appropriate packaging for the item(s) ordered. We take the upmost care in choosing packing materials to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to use eco-friendly materials.
This dispatching process takes 1-3 working days for most items.
Due to the nature of the products, handmade and personalised/custom items can take up to 5 business days before they are ready to be shipped.

Click & Collect Information

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours
- Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared in-store.
- As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a 'ready for collection' email.
- You will then be able to collect your order from our store during our opening hours.
- Monday to Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 12pm - 4pm

Custom Orders
Due to the nature of the products, handmade and personalised/custom items can take up to 3 days before they are ready to be collected.

We would advise customers to check junk mail for email communications.
