Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared for delivery and carefully packaged in the appropriate packaging for the item(s) ordered. This dispatching process takes 1-3 working days for most items.

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours 
- Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared in-store.
- As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a 'ready for collection' email. 
- You will then be able to collect your order from our store during our opening hours. 
- Open 7 days a week, 10am – 4pm

Custom Orders
Due to the nature of the products, handmade and personalised/custom items can take up to 3 days before they are ready to be collected.
