We know December days can disappear in no time, so our Late Night Thursdays continue this week from 4pm to 7pm. The shop feels different in the evening, with a cosy glow, relaxed browsing and a chance to take your time with no rush. It is one of our favourite times of the week and we love seeing so many of you using it as your Christmas shopping ritual.
Sundays are now part of the festive season too. Throughout December we are open from 10am to 4pm, giving you even more flexibility to visit when it suits you best. Whether you are squeezing in a quick gift run or making a day of it around the High Street, our doors are open and our shelves are full.
Celebrating Five Years of Home of Hopcroft
This December is more than the start of the festive season, it also marks a milestone for us. Home of Hopcroft is officially five years old this week and we could not be prouder of how far our little family business has come. From a small online print shop to a welcoming High Street homeware and gift store, every step has been shaped by the incredible support of our customers.
To celebrate, this Saturday we will be offering prosecco and mince pies to everyone who pops in. It is our way of saying thank you for helping us reach five years and for being part of our journey. We have to talk about the calendar. Our very first 2026 Kirkcaldy calendar has taken on a life of its own. They have been flying off the shelves from the moment they arrived and the feedback has been incredible. Each page captures the personality of the town with soft watercolour with ink art that feels both nostalgic and modern.
It has quickly become the most popular item in store this season and we genuinely could not be happier. For a first edition it has exceeded every hope and we are already excited to make this a yearly tradition.
